Building a Center For Sustainability
After nearly nine years of renting renting a house and being forced to move several times, due to rent increases and landlord complications, we have realized that we need a permanent place of our own.
Our dream is to own a piece of land with a house that can serve street children and the community as a both a residential center and a drop-in center. Additionally, we plan to grow some of our own food and hopefully host an income generating activity. By owning our own center, our kids will have will be guaranteed a stable and safe environment where they have the support to continue they education.
Our dream has begun to come true with the purchase of land and the start of construction.. We are currently seeking the money needed to finish. The completion of this project will change the lives of street children for generations to come.
